Since 1990, Performing Stars has forged paths to success
for thousands of youth
We work with children and youth from marginalized communities, starting them at five or six and staying with them as they grow up, continuously giving them opportunities to excel. We also ensure they meet role models and enjoy enriching experiences they wouldn’t otherwise have.
Ninety-nine percent of our participants graduate from high school. Of those, half go on to college or trade school, and the rest get jobs.
Our alumni are teachers, coaches, bankers, retail managers, medical assistants, cosmetologists, professional actors and dancers, even a pastry chef and a videographer. We’re so proud of every one of our shining Stars!
